Enhancing the Exterior
STEP 1: ASSESSING THE SITUATION
First, the entire vehicle is thoroughly inspected and observed inside and out. Skilled technicians take note of the current quality and composition of the body paint, the presence of any cosmetic damage or paint swirls, and any other elements that require attention.
Sometimes damage can be undetectable to the naked eye. Staff uses a specialised high-tech paint microscope to get a precise understanding of the work that needs to be completed. These conditions are then reported to the client in real-time and a cost estimate is generated.

STEP 2: GIVING THE CAR A BATH
Once a service package has been agreed upon, the technicians quickly get to work and begin with a thorough wash. But this isn’t just any car wash. Years of auto detailing experience and knowledge have guided Lorenzo Escobal and his staff to use only the finest and highest quality cleaners and disinfectants. The vehicle is pampered to a level unmatched since its days on the assembly line.
· Non-acidic wheel cleaners are used to remove stubborn grime and brake dust from the wheel assembly.
· A powerful degreaser is used to specifically target hard-to-remove stains and marks.
· Specialized brushes and attachments get at every nook and cranny, blasting away persistent and hidden dirt.
· PH Neutral soap is foamed over the body of the vehicle. This process is essential as it helps dirt to be gently lifted off the paint. This also makes the exterior surface lubricated, which promotes scratch free cleaning and dirt removal with specialized wash mitts.
The technicians methodically complete this phase, paying particularly close attention to areas that can be overlooked by less experienced detailers. Cars are works of art and need significant attention.
STEP 3: A DEEPER LEVEL OF CLEAN WITH OUR DECONTAMINATION PROCESS
Washing the car with cleaners is an effective way to remove visible dirt and grime. But often, the car’s surface has embedded contaminants and debris such as brake dust. They cannot always be seen but can be felt when touching the exterior of the car.
Depending on the current condition of the vehicle and the demands of the client, a specialized decontamination package may be suggested. If so, a clay bar and specialized rubber hand mitt is utilized to remove the most stubborn blemishes and stains.
Cleaning the surface exterior of a vehicle is perhaps the most important part of any paint correction or protection service offered at Inception Auto Detailing.
STEP 4: CORRECTING THE PAINT
Paint correction is the procedure of removing blemishes on the surface such as swirls, surface scratches, oxidation, etchings from bird droppings, water spots, holograms and marring caused by inexperienced detailers.
This step is completed by hand. Paint correction restores the vehicle’s exterior to a “better than brand new” condition. Auto detailers take special pride in this step because it is where the client can see years of experience, knowledge, finesse and skill on display.
STEP 5: FUTURE-PROOFING
After all the hard work of cleaning and correcting, it’s time to preserve the shine and sheen. For post paint protection, the client has three options: carnauba wax, synthetic sealant or paint coating.
Carnauba wax and synthetic sealant are the most common forms of protection. Paint coatings are newer to the market and offer several distinct advantages: they are semi-permanent, they eliminate the need for frequent polishing and waxing, and they last for up to 5 years.

GIVING THE INTERIOR A MAKEOVER
STEP 1: A CLOSE INSPECTION
The interior of the vehicle is just as important as the exterior.
Staff thoroughly examines the cabin, assessing the vehicle’s state and taking note of key areas like the seats, the dashboard, the ceiling, the floor, the entertainment console and the trunk.
This assessment is brought to the customer with a service package recommendation and cost and time estimate.
Once a service package is agreed upon, the staff will feverishly get to work cleaning and scrubbing.
STEP 2: VACUUMING THE DIRT
Even the most diligent neat-freaks cannot stop the inevitable build-up of dirt and grime over years of car ownership.
It’s important to consider a vehicles’ interior hygiene because people spend so much time inside them.
And vehicles have so many nooks and crannies that it can be overwhelming and fruitless to handle the job without specific tools and brushes.
That’s where the skilled technicians at Inception Auto Detailing come in.

STEP 3: A COMPREHENSIVE CLEAN UP
After the bulk of dust and debris have been eliminated, the interior parts are targeted with specific cleaners and agents.
Cars (and their insides) are made of numerous materials such as leather, plastic, vinyl, glass, etc. and a special cleaning agent and application process is needed to accommodate each one.
For instance, delicate surfaces are treated with less-harsh cleaners, while tougher surfaces are treated with more powerful chemicals.

STEP 4: STEAM BATH
Cleaners, agents and good old-fashioned soap and water can only do so much.
If a deeper clean and decontamination is desired by customers, staff blasts the whole interior with hot steam (155 C, 75 PSI)
This is an efficient and effective way to deeply clean and rid the car of any lingering bacteria and contaminants.
STEP 5: CHOICE OF PROTECTION
To boast a long-lasting, clean-smelling and sparkling interior, it's vital to safeguard the integrity of the work done with a protection coating application.
Customers can choose the level of shine they want: natural, matte or glossy.
STEP 6: APPLICATION OF HIDE FOOD
Lastly, staff considers any leathers in the vehicle.
The main goal is preserving the leather and preventing any significant unwanted aging or damage.
Staff makes use of a variety of leather cleaners, hide moisturizers and application processes to ensure that each and every leather surface is accounted for and protected for years.
